We bought Adonis from Double Bar D in 2006. His dam Bar None Bonnie Lass was a great Fleckvieh cow. We were fortunate to use him for 3 breeding season before he died...probably from a smoldering navel infection from birth. He ihas the distinction of being the only herd sire we have had that is buried on the farm. He had an amazing set of feet and legs and has left us with moderate framed, well muscled offspring. In 2011 we will have 18 daughters of his to calve. There is a really good son working in the Kevin Semler Herd at Pickardville, AB that needs to come home to his roots.
